These sessions are designed to help your brain shift out of stress mode and into healing mode. All you need to do is lie down (or sit of you prefer), get comfy and listen as my voice, and the soothing sounds of the singing bowls guide you into a state of bliss.
You remain awake and in control, although the effects are the same as that of sleep.
Experience deep rest and restoration leading to better sleep, reduced stress and anxiety, improved mood and even relief from pain.
