MORE THAN JUST A YOGA STUDIO.
Specialising in nourishing the nervous system and relaxation through movement and sound, with an absolute passion for the Sacred Singing Bowls.
I offer small, exclusive classes as well as bespoke private sessions for individuals or small groups.
My cosy studio is based at Redmere, near Prickwillow, Cambs, however I travel to other locations with my Tibetan Singing Bowls and can offer private sessions for individuals or groups at a location of your choice.

"IT IS THE MOST SPECIAL PLACE AND I THINK THAT’S BECAUSE THE ENERGY AND LOVE OVER TIME HAS INFUSED INTO THE WALLS, THE FLOOR AND INTO THE VERY AIR THAT SURROUNDS IT".
Here at The Yoga Hut I want you to feel relaxed, safe and welcome, and leave feeling uplifted, calm and peaceful.
The Yoga Hut is a non judgemental, supportive space where we laugh, (sometimes) cry, and have created a sense of community.
The studio is light and airy, and its underfloor heating will ensure you are warm and cosy all year round. A real treat when lying down for the relaxation sessions.
We are located in the heart of the Fens but within sight of Ely Cathedral. If you time it right you get to see the most amazing sunsets from the driveway.
Equipment is provided such as mats, blocks, blankets etc so all you need to bring is yourself.
Quite often, my very friendly cat Brambles joins us for all or part of the class, so please be aware of this if you are allergic or wary of cats.
"When times get a bit rough it's a little safe oasis and a way to get away from it all."

WHAT'S ON OFFER
All of my group sessions are listed below. If you'd like a private session for yourself, a group of friends, colleagues, employees etc please get in touch to discuss your requirements. I cater for small groups at The Yoga Hut or can travel to your premises.

SACRED SINGING BOWL RELAXATION 75
Fridays 1 - 2:15pm
Unwind from the week and help soothe the nervous system and give yourself the gift of rest.
Relaxation and sound therapy can help reduce anxiety, improve sleep, calm the mind and can even help with pain relief.
When the nervous system is in balance, all of the body's systems (immune, nervous, digestive) can function much better, therefore helping to improve health and overall wellbeing.
You can choose to lie down or stay seated as we ease in to a guided Relaxation accompanied by the soothing sounds of the Tibetan Singing Bowls. Allow their sounds and vibrations to wash over you and promote healing and relaxation at a subtle, cellular level.

ONLINE YOGA
Fridays
9 - 10am
Recording available for 7 days.
There are many reasons people are unable to attend a class. They live too far away, the times don't suit, too nervous, maybe they have a health condition which means they can get tired easily or feel fatigued or maybe the journey to and from a class can be too much. With the option to do classes online you can stay within the comfort of your own home, have no travel time, and if you are feeling shy you don't even have to have your video on. If you can't make the class live you can be emailed a recording after the class to do at a more suitable time.
These classes often include a cameo appearance from my cat or my dogs!

SUPPORTIVE CIRCLE OF SOUND
Thurs 7 - 8:15pm.
Come together with aligned souls in a safe and supportive space to nurture and nourish the whole Being.
Sharing our wins, our stories, our wisdom to help navigate our way through life.
Allowing ourselves time and space to be completely present.
Of course there will be the added magic of the Sacred Sounds of the Singing Bowls.
Bring your pyjamas, your favourite snack, your note book, or just yourself. These sessions will go with the flow. I promise you will leave feeling uplifted and restored.

SACRED SOUNDS IN SACRED SPACES
Thursdays 7 - 8pm
Join me for a Sacred Singing Bowl Relaxation at St Peter's Church/Prickwillow ArtSpace.
I am very excited to deliver a soothing, nourishing Relaxation session at this wonderful, renovated church. What a special space to unwind from the week and give your body and mind the gift of rest.
Relaxation and Sound Therapy can help reduce anxiety, improve sleep, soothe the nervous system and can even help with pain.

RESTORATIVE SOUND (MONTHLY)
Thursdays 7-8:15pm
Allow yourself to completely settle in to the restorative, restful stretches surrounded by the Sacred Sounds of the Tibetan Singing Bowls.
Adding the element of Sound in to a restful Yoga practice will nourish your nervous system, tapping in to your rest and restore response as opposed to fight and flight.
So what are the benefits:
💤 Improved sleep.🌅 Lowers the stress hormone - cortisol. When our cortisol levels are high this impacts our physical and mental wellbeing.😊 Helps reduce stress and anxiety.🧘 Gives the body a deep but gentle stretch.🧬 Tones the vagus nerve. 🧠 Our vagus nerve wanders from our brainstem to our gut, supplying nerves to the face, throat, heart, lungs, diaphragm, stomach, liver, GI tract. If your nervous system is out of balance it will have an affect on all your other organs/systems.The vagus nerve is critical in our ability to switch between our sympathetic nervous system (fight/flight) and our parasympathetic nervous system (rest/restore).

TESTIMONIALS
Straight from the Source
With Sally's years of experience she's so in-tune with what her classes and one to one sessions need it's no wonder people come back time and time again.
Erica
I have attended classes in person, and now online as I live in Ireland. I really love them and feel they are of great benefit to me. Sally's relaxed manner yet thorough understanding of what she is teaching and the ability to get that across to us is professionalism at its best.
Kathie
I have been practising Yoga for over 30 years but since joining Sally's classes over 4 years ago I have found her teaching style to be just perfect for me.
She sets the pace and is attentive to her pupils' needs and abilities. She always has something to smile and laugh about, and an aura of calmness to enable anyone doing the class to be able to relax and enjoy.
Sally is a real gem.

If you've never attended one of Sally's sessions you absolutely must. There's no place like The Yoga Hut.
