I offer small, personal classes as well as private sessions in various types of Yoga and Relaxation.
I created The Yoga Hut to be an inviting, safe, cosy space where you can leave your stresses at the door and leave feeling better than when you arrived.

YOGA - STRETCH FOR HEALTH.
10 - 11am
7 - 8pm (monthly)
A positive and uplifting experience for mind, body and soul leaving you feeling calm and relaxed, but amazingly stretched and energised too. My classes are aimed all levels, so no need to worry if you're a beginner, The Yoga Hut is a great place to start.
SOOTHE WITH SOUND. (MONTHLY)
Mon 7-8pm, Weds 1-2pm.
Allow yourself some time to relax, unwind and be present. These sessions include different meditation techniques, Yoga Nidra and Sound healing with the sacred Tibetan Singing Bowls.
Yoga Nidra is a deep, guided relaxation which enables you to fully rest the body and mind.
The Tibetan Singing Bowls are played by myself as you allow the healing vibrations to wash over you while listening to their beautiful, relaxing sounds.
Sound healing aids relaxation, can help with anxiety and depression, increase energy levels and even help with pain.
10 - 11am
There are many reasons people are unable to attend a class. They live too far away, the times don't suit, too nervous, maybe they have a health condition which means they can get tired easily or feel fatigued or maybe the journey to and from a class can be too much.With the option to do classes online you can stay within the comfort of your own home, have no travel time, and if you are feeling shy you don't even have to have your video on. If you can't make the class live you can be emailed a recording after the class to do at a more suitable time.
These classes often include a cameo appearance from my cat or my dogs!
RESTFUL YOGA. NOURISH THE NERVOUS SYSTEM. IN PERSON AND ONLINE (MONTHLY).
Mon 7 - 8pm (in person and online).
Restful Yoga allows you to fully relax your mind and body, working the parasympathetic nervous system (our rest and restore response) as opposed to our sympathetic nervous system (our fight and flight response). It helps to decrease the stress hormone, cortisol and prevents us from burning out or getting run down. We use cushions, blankets etc to support you in each position, which is held for several minutes so you can completely let go, enabling the body's systems (nervous system, digestive system, immune system) to rest and restore, while giving the muscles a gentle but deep stretch.
ENERGISE & HARMONISE
Mondays 7pm. Monthly.
We begin with some gentle, uplifting sequences of Yoga and Tai Chi to allow our Energy to flow freely. We then settle down for a harmonising sound bath from the Tibetan Singing Bowls to leave us feeling revitalised yet relaxed.
RISE, SHINE & REALIGN. IN PERSON & ONLINE. (MONTHLY).
Wednesdays 10am (monthly)
This class will include uplifting Yoga sequences and Tai Chi to awaken the body and get your Energy flowing. We will then wind down with some Restorative Yoga, and of course, finish the class with some relaxation.

Here at the Yoga Hut, my priority is you. I want you to feel relaxed, safe and welcome while you are here, and leave feeling uplifted, calm and peaceful.
It’s light, spacious & airy, and its underfloor heating will ensure you are warm and cosy all year round.
Unlike large studios, the Yoga Hut holds classes for up to 6 people, in a personal & friendly setting. We are located in the heart of the Fens but within sight of Ely Cathedral. Your journey here through the Fenland landscape will give you a chance to let go and leave those cares behind.
Equipment is provided such as mats, blocks, blankets etc so all you need to bring is yourself.
Quite often, my very friendly cat Brambles joins us for all or part of the class, so please be aware of this if you are allergic or wary of cats.
